Welcome Calling
A timely welcome call undertaken as close to the time that your supporters have pledged their initial gift as possible allows you to immediately thank your new donors and to quickly understand their motivations for giving to your organisation.
From your supporter's point of view, it will instantly show how much you value their donation which in turn means they are more likely to increase their donation to a regular gift.
As part of your donor development plan, we would recommend a rolling programme of welcome calls to maximise income and build lasting relationships with your donor base.
